If I want to either mount removable media or a folder as a floppy under DOSBox and change its location or swap disks during emulation, how do I do that?

CTRL-F4 can be used to inform DOSBox that you've swapped the removable media or otherwise changed the contents of a mounted volume, as discussed in the readme. You can also use CTRL-F4 to swap between CD-ROM images mounted with IMGMOUNT.
Swapping between mounted floppy images currently requires an external program such as Virtual Floppy Drive.
