Whenever I start Dosbox, this error appears, and I'm unable to use Dosbox. I've read the readme (in the troubleshooting section), and it said that I should try changing the output= values in the config. I tried all of them and I still got the error. My drivers and DirectX (DX9c) are also in their latest versions.
