Hi there, leately when i was checking dosbox config. file, ive noticed that you can chose CPU core and turn up the cycles, then i was started to wondering. Is it possible to overburn your CPU or break it when you have old PC while using this Config options ??

DOSBox is just like any program, if you have improper or faulty cooling then any CPU/GPU intensive program can harm your computer.

Yeah, software can't use more than 100% of the hardware, no matter what. It's then up to the cooling to be able to handle the heat from the 100% workload.
