Remove EMS - /me seems to be to dumb

Ok, I try to run Ultime VII- Serpent Isle. It does not want to have any EMS installed. But how do I remove it? in the dosbox readme.txt something about a conif.com is mentioned. But I don´t have one. I made one in the dosbox directory with the entry EMS=FALSE, but that didn´t do anything. Then I tried editing the ems-line in the dosbox.conf in the dosbox directory. Nothing. Then I tthought, maybe the dosbox.conf has to be in the game directory. But nope. Actually, when starting dosbox and going back to windows, in one of the opened windows it says that no dosbox.conf file has been found...
So, where is my fault, what do I miss?

in dosbox type
config -writeconf dosbox.conf
exit
then look in your current directory for dosbox.conf
if you found it you will find at 4/5 something with ems=true
change that to ems is false and try again

Hmmm... ok, I did get it to work now. Seems my idea of creating a bat file like above wasn´t so good as I first thought (Though I did get Starcon2 and Battletech 2 running...). But with changing the bat file to
cd c:\programme\DOSBox-0.60\
dosbox.exe i:\ultima7\serpent -fullscreen
rem c:\programme\DOSBox-0.60\dosbox.exe
it worked. So, never mind 😀
