Hello,

I'm a new user to DosBox and am having problems getting it to work. I've installed it and tried to run it but when the z: prompt comes up it will not allow me to type any commands. The screen just sits there with the cursor flashing. I've tried to mount the c drive through the config file. It will tell me that the drive is mounted but it goes back to the z: prompt and still doesn't let me use any input.

System:

Dell Alienware M15X
Intel Core i3 CPU M33 @ 2.13Ghz
4.00 GB RAM
64-Bit Windows 7 Serv Pack 1

Any help would be appreciated.

UPDATE:

I downloaded a DosBox Game Launcher and it actually loaded the game Zork 1, but when I typed in a command at the prompt it showed letter 'a' with a halo over the top and then started showing several 'a' characters like the key was being held down. I change the keyboard layout to US103 but it didn't change anything.

Any Ideas?
