Hello dos people!!!

Excuse my ignorance but I'm having a problem getting this program to run.... In the intro it states that you must type( mount c c:\dosprog) in order to create a c:drive and access your files in windows.
Now everytime I try this, I'm greeted with a ( c:\dosprog doesn't exist) message!! now obviously my knowlege of dos is nil!!! so could someone please help!!!! 🙁
I have an athlon 2200xp with 512megs, a radeon 9600xp video and a soundblaster live card,running on windows xp.

Well, well a comedian!! 🤣 like I said my knowlege of duh!!!errr dos is nil,( I have never used this program before!!!).The only reason I'm trying this?? is because the geniuses at microsoft could'ent come up with a better dos interface for windows xp to run older programs! mainly games!!( This is more trouble than it's worth if you ask me!!!) Why anyone would want to putter around with this obsolete technology is beyond me!!! 😵 I'll take the point and click interface over this antiquated tech anytime!! 😒
