Hi,

Probably the strangest help request you've ever gotten 😀
Everytime I try to start up DOSBox it totally resets my machine. Not trying to do anything but start it up, so I have no idea where the problem exists. More then likely my system specs as they are pretty old. Here they are:

Intel PIII 667
128Megs of RAM
NVidia GeForce 256 DDR
Sound Blaster Live Platinum
WinXP with Service Pack 1

VDMSound 2.0.4 DOSBox, 0.61

Don't really know what to do at this point. So any help at all will be greatly appreciated.

SB Live has crashing problems with certain configurations. Dump the card and buy a cheap SB PCI128 from eBay... cheap but reliable. Check this article for more information on the SB Live or do a search on Google.
