I mean, when i use CTRL+ALT+D (my kb shortcut (under winxp)) to start dosbox), i cannot type anything in the dosbox window, like keyboard doesnt respond. If i start with clicking the exe, its ok.

Works fine for me - except for a kind of "sticky" ALT.
DOSBox starts fine in a window, I can type on the keyboard and the characters appear on the command line. But as soon as I hit the ENTER key, DOSBox switches to full screen mode! Hitting ENTER again, returns me to windowed mode, and so on.
If I press ALT on its own, the "stickiness" is dropped, and everything works as expected.
