RawWrite can read and write a floppy image, but how to create an image file of the floppy diskette since its format and contents are not Windows recognizable?

Yes? When you chose "read", it will create an .img file from a floppy, so you will need to specify the name of the .img file you want to create. This is completely independent of whether Windows can read the floppy or not.

Afterwards you chose "write" to write the previously-created .img file to a new floppy.
