When using the programs Aciddraw and TheDraw (both ansi drawing programs), you use alt+arrow keys to change the foreground and background colors you want to use. When doing this, it makes the keyboard stop responding, but using a mouse still works. Both alt keys produce the same results. Holding alt and trying to use the arrowkeys from the command prompt does not cause this to happen. Also, toggling things like caps and num lock will still cause keyboard leds to change.
