This YouTube user well for example in NES emulator tutorial typed his own C 11 compiler under DosBox on his linux operating system.In this image there are any labels and his compiler don't recognize labels like open or save as... in his dosbox applications he always got that animation of walking mario.I want to type his source codes,but not download he's files from his mini-blog.Maybe I'm typing slower than him,but he's typing too fast.

He's not really typing at all in the video. He prepares the source code in advance and then uses a program that "types" the code while recording his videos.

As for whether you should keep following his tutorials, that all depends on you, doesn't it? Do you feel that you are learning anything?

There is no shortage of resources on the Internet to help people learn to program. If you know nothing about programming I would suggest starting with something like Python rather than diving into C++.
