Hi,
I try dosbox on linux and it works very good. The only mistake is that time on dosbox delays. When I start dosbox time is the same, but after 15 minutes time in dosbox delays more than 20 secondst to linux system time. Can I refresh time in dosbox without restartind dosbox? I try to set cycles to max, but time is still wrong.

You shouldn't be using DOSBox if you are running something that critically depends on the system time. DOSBox was not designed with that kind of accuracy in mind.

You might have slightly better luck with one of the SVN builds, as I think some changes have been made to the time function since the release of 0.74.
