Program does load fine and creates a Drive Z:. My game is on Drive C;, but program will not let me access drive C; in any way. The mount c: does not work.

You need to mount a directory on the parent operating system as your C: drive. See the examples in the DOSBox documenation.

If you've followed this approach without success, please post verbatim what you typed as the mount command and what (if any) error message was returned.
