Hi,

I am new to this, and am wondering how you can help me.

I downloaded DOSbox, because I am having trouble running my SWOS under Windows XP.

Anyway, after installing it and running it, I followed on-screen instructions to MOUNT c:\drive.

This did not work - I got an error message coming up saying "C Drive Does Not Exist"

I tried the other old trick of changing directories - "C:" - but to no avail as the program refused to acknowledge the very drive it is installed on.

Can someone help me desperately?

PS: Curiously, Does DOSbox support/plan to support USB devices with most joystick techonology upgraded nowadays?

Thanks.

Lee

Did you remember to put the forward slash after the colon? If you don't, you get an error:

mount c c:
Directory c: doesn't exist.

mount c c:\
Drive C mounted as local directory c:\

What is your exact input and error message?
Also, my USB joystick does work with games run through DOSBox (Humans, e.g.).
