Hi.

I can't get dosbox to work unless I enable all the OSS emulation options. Dosbox doesn't go for the /dev/snd/ stuff like xmms, mplayer, etc.

Why does it do this? I have "alsa" selected in the config file.

If I have the OSS emulation stuff enabled, it says that alsa is working. Is there something I'm missing or is this the way it's supposed to work?

I can't use alsamixer when all the oss stuff is enabled. It says it can't find the "elems".
