Dear Friends, i am new in Dosbox and trying to run on WS 16 virtual machine the DOSBOX (connected via RDP).
The size of the DOSBOX window is very small (using switching to the full screen mode, the application window still stays at the original size, even if the console window is coming to the full screen.
Anny idea, how to deal with this problem (in case, when DOSBOX is running on the std W10 WS, the full screen mode is working fine.
So what i would need, at least to enlarge the application window when the Dosbox is used on the virtual machine.

Thx for ideas.

Sovi

Try changing output in the config file to surface
Try using the WINDIB variable and see if that makes a difference.
Also try console in without RDP and see what the DOSBox behavior in the VM is like.

Finally you are running a VM in a VM on a NAS so you can expect some odd behavior.

Thx a lot for your input.
Using console on Qnap, the output is better (bigger) and "listening" to modification parameters or hotkeys (Alt-Enter), even if not fully ideal, but working.
Related to windib, this was not working (set sdl_videodriver=windib in cmd line and running dosbox --> the result is/was the same) using std RDP connection.
Thx again and have a nice evening. Attila
