I just wanted to thank those who messaged me. Here is the simply way to fix the following problem:

when running game in dosbox and you get this error...

error "-32" in module "5" data = 0 0

most recent memory check: 467760
most recent DOS error: 2
stack use indicator: 10079

The solution is to copy the entire folder "resource" and put it inside the original c: folder for phamtom.

Example. You should have c: Phantom/Phantom - put the "resource" folder in the first phantom folder.

Also, you will need to increase the cycles to bring the game up to playable speed.
