I have problems at Windows 10 x64 with sound (with all games).
Increasing block size and decreasing frame rate helps, but doesn't solve the problem.
Does anyone else, have problems with sound?

What problems do you have exactly? I can't help you if you give little information.

Is of very low quallity, with lagging and breaks and trembling and very inferior. 😵
I didn't change anything from the last time I used it (at Win 7), so it was an unpleasant surprise for me.
Seems to me, that either Win 10 is a tottal crap, or Dosbox needs an update (specially for 64-bit systems).
Anyway! I installed DOSBox at my Debian system and it works flawlessly, so I'll play games there.

Try going to the mixer section and changing the rate parameter to 44100.
