What is the name of the software?
To me, it doesn't look like DOSBox supports Arabic code pages like code page 720 or code page 864.

Arabic under DOSBox is probably only possible for a very expert user who knows how to mount (and boot from) a disk image with an Arabic-enabled version of MS-DOS. Not a job for anyone but an expert.

Not the embedded DOS in DOSBox, probably. However, if you have a DOS version that supports Arabic, you might be able to boot it using DOSBox's hardware emulation.
