Using the newest version of Dosbox.
I want to get this game in full screan mode, not using ALT-ENTER, becouse the screen then get's to big and u can't see the game time etc.

An overview of the commandline options you can give to DOSBox:

dosbox [name] [-exit] [-c command] [-fullscreen] [-conf congfigfile]
[-lang languagefile] [-machine machinetype] [-noconsole]
[-startmapper]

-fullscreen
Starts dosbox in fullscreen mode.

I don't get this what exactly should I time at the dospromt the get DosBox in fullscrern?

I have tried with:
(c:\)dosbox fullscreen

If you don't have a DOSBox.conf. You can easily make one by booting into DOSBox and then typing config -writeconf DOSBox.conf. Then open DOSBox.conf in your favorite notepad-like program and change the following settings.

The "overscaling" sounds like fullfixed= needs to be changed from false to true in your DOSBox.conf.
That should fix the "too large" problem.
Now, if it looks too small when in fullscreen. *like a little box with a huge blackness around it*
Change the output= from surface to overlay.
That should fix that.

Then you should be able to use ALT-ENTER and have it look.. "right".
