did you turn it on in the configfile ?

Yes. I turned on modem. It will not recognixe any AT commands.
When I installed 0.61 modem began work.

We need details.
For example in which program are you trying to use the modem?
Do you use a correct DOSBOX.CONF? (from 0.62, not from some old version of DOSBOX).

I used fresh install of DOSBox 0.62. Then I enabled modem in dosbox.conf by setting modem=true

First I tried to use modem in Retaliator. No success.
Then I tried communication program BCOM. It does not found modem. There is no OK response to AT commands.

I decided to try 0.61 version. The modem works in 0.61.
