I can run old Dos games on my machine but often experience the problem that the sound won't work. I downloaded DosBox, installed it. OK, at first just tried if the sound in old dos games works first. I started DosBox (with default config, means SB16, deavtivated MIDI in the specific game setup), run the game and SB works PERFECT, even on my old computer! Just clicked around a bit, left the game, left DosBox.
Now the Problem: When I wanted to open dosbox again (remember, it worked very very well the first time, again default dosbox.conf) I got this freaky WinErrorMessage:

"<Unknown>"
This Application is being closed because of an invalid... blablabla...
<Unknown> caused an error in module EAX=0040c000... blablabla...

From this time on, everytime when I try to run DB the same error message

My System:
Motherboard: I815 (got to look up which one exactly, will do it today)
Intel Celeron 700MHz
64 MB DRAM
Intel 82810 Graphichs Controller (on Motherboard)
SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio
Win 98SE

DOSBOX 0.62
I used Sb16 Soundmode and Software Graphics Mode

The strange thing is, I experienced the same problem on an even older PC, some months ago, must have been DOSBOX 0.62, too!
