There's keyboard shortcuts for cycle up and down as well as frameskip. But wouldn't it be useful to have internal commands that change these settings too? This way they can be run in a batch file and would be very convenient for starting up a game instead of setting cycles etc. manually for each game before you start. I know there are front-ends like D-Fend etc, but I like my good old DOS without GUI profiles and stuff.
