here is a Problem that i never realized until now:

1.st, here are my Mount Command, that are starting with the DOSBOX (0.61 & 0.62)

mount c: d:\games\pure_dos
mount d: e:\ -t cdrom -ioctl
mount e: f:\ -t cdrom -ioctl

c: is my mounted Directory on the HD
d: is my REAL CD-ROM
e: should be my Virtual CD-ROM

but, when i run the "mount" command on the DOSBOX, it shows me only:

Drive C is mounted as Local directory d:\games\Pure_dos
Drive D is mounted as CDRom
Drive Z is mounted as Internal Virtual Device

And now my Question: how can i Mount the Virtual CDRom to be Drive "e".
or did i do something wrong ???

The Virtual Drive a Daemon tools Virtual - CDRom.

i think you should use the option -usecd number

as you have more than 1 cdrom in your pc.
