First of all, thanks for made Dos Box. Congrats. Its one one the best piece of software.

BUT i have a problem. I use a 12 buttons pad. Dos Box seems to reconaice it, with 12 buttons and 4 axis.

But in games, i can only use 2 buttons. 🙁 So far, i tried Genecyst and Tyrian2k without no luck. I can use only 2 buttons.

What i need to do?

Well that would be because the original pc joystick only had two buttons.

Original PC Joystick connection allowed two joysticks with two axis and two buttons. 4 joystick buttons "steals" two buttons from joystick 2, so 4 axis joysticks do.

There are some joysticks that allow more than two buttons on a DB15 connection, but they use their own drivers. I don't know if DOSBox allow to map axis and buttons in joystick 2 to be mapped into your device, but it might be a solution.

I have no idea how the PC joysticks work, but I do hope there will be support for 4 button ones, someday 😀
