Hi, I've looked in the wiki and the forum, but i didn't find anything about it.

My parents use a custom DOS accounting program that uses ansi.sys, and i don't know how I would make it work under DosBox. I was wondering what I should do to activate ansi.sys support...

ANSI.SYS functionality is supported by default (or at least part of it - setting colours). Try your program in DOSBOX, it will be probably enough.

If it would not be enough, then you can try to install another version of DOS into DOSBOX and use ANSI.SYS as normally (see commands BOOT, IMGMOUNT - read README and DOSBOX Guides forum).

See the following topic for another (easier) way:

ANSI not fully supported?

I remember a resident program called ANSI.COM that replaces ANSI.SYS. Maybe you could find it somewhere in the net.

Duh! Follow the link in my posting above 😉.
