I have a small suggestion for your website. I think it would be nice to create at Links page a section for websites with old games, like CENSORED or Polish CENSORED.

abandonware is illegal. It's just that nobody cares to enforce the copyright laws.

Actually, I think Home of the Underdogs is considered legit. Maybe even too legit, some would say.
If anything is protected, they would mention it and try to give a link to the company (if it's still alive).
So naturally, many games there are just listed without a download link.

Just consider them grey area for now. Some of the content at Underdogs is very questionable. If users want to find those sites, that is what google is for. No need to speed that process up.
I think that Underdogs policy is to take down the game when the copyright owner protests. It is a good attitude, but it does not mean that when nobody protests, then it is legal to have them for download ...
Saying that, I like Underdogs myself. But better to be safe than sorry. So we do not link abandonware.
