I manage to install Longbow in Win98 of DOSBox-X, somehow the emulator lags in game, how to fix this?

I would suggest you to post your issue(s) in the DOSBox-X issue tracker, as this board is generally for original DOSBox:

Why exactly don't you just run it in Windows 7 or whatever it is you have handy? (I presume you're referring to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jane%27s_AH-64D_Longbow .)

ETA: Did you already try nGlide in Windows 7?

If you insist on using DOSBox-X, you will still probably need the patches for Longbow suggested on that page.
