What do you mean by "use lan"?
There is IPX tunneling support.

if you can use the local aria network. i want to play c&c with my friends but i dont now how i get the "lan" working. i only can use the modem when i want to use the network.

But I do not know whether C&C works or not with IPX tunneling in DOSBOX.
