Thanks for the info, but we prefer to handle it in a different way.
For one, the Wiki keeps a history of the changes, so when crap like that pops up, it is easy to get a history list, select the previous version, and put it back.
Second, when it happens, we block the whole network where the spammer originates from. Harsh, but it works.

All I can say is that those fucking spammers are a pain in the ass. I get them on an image bbs I run, and we get them in the anonymous-allowed forums here. Of course, they use zombieboxen. Fucking unpatched idiot sysadmins and users.
