Hello!

I just ran into serious trouble when trying to configure DOSBOx for german keyboard layout.
Whatever I tried, I couldn´t create a .conf file: Even when the path was typed in correctly, there popped up a message saying "couldn`t open .cof-file".

So what to do? There is no conf file yet, and it cannot be created ...
