Sorry if this is a dupe. My first post seems to have disappeared...

Is there a way to Keep DOSBox on top, uninterrupted by other apps running in the background?

For example, I was running a text program in DOSBox, and a Norton Anti-virus box popped up saying virus definitions are now updated. This caused my keyboard to lose its focus from the DOSBox window in which I was working.

If not, I guess I just have to close these other apps, right?
