Basically, I'm trying to open a game. I've mounted my oldgames folder, but when I try to change the directory to the folder by the name of Tyrian2000, DOSBox says that it is unable to change. I have never had this problem before, and I know that I have not done anything wrong because the file is right there and I should be able to open it. BTW, the game is Tyrian 2000, I'm using version 0.63, and my command list looks something like this:

mount C C:\oldgames\

cd Tyrian2000
Unable to change to: Tyrian2000

Folders should not have filenames longer than 8 characters. "Tyrian2000" consist of 10 characters.

OK, i changed the name of the folder and didn't have any trouble opening it. I didn't have any trouble running the sound setup file either. However, when I exit out of the sound setup after making sure that everything was right for my computer, when I then time type in the game I get an error telling me that certain setup files are missing or damaged, and it cannot run the game.

That's a problem with the game itself, not with Dosbox. I find that running File0001.exe instead should work fine.
