Hi! I have a WIn11/64 laptop with DOSBox and DOSBox-X and have been trying to install on them some floppy-based installation packages. When I am ready to start the install, it asks for a certain disk. I press Enter, and it asks for the disk again. How do I do it?

The idea is that you mount multiple disk images using imgmount like
imgmount a "d:\disk1.img" "d:\disk2.img" -t floppy
and the with CTRL+F4 you cycle to the next image when asked to insert the next disk

But if I'm not mistaken, the latest official version of dosbox (0.74-3) doesn't have this feature for floppy images, only for cdroms. So you need to do it using a later SVN build. I don't know anything about dosbox-x, your version might already have this functionality

A simpler approach to try before doing all the above is to just copy all files from all disks in a directory and run the installation from it. Of course this depends on the application, it won't always work.

I copied all the files to a specific folder on my desktop, and it didn't work. 🙁
