There are a lot of optional settings that have no explanation on this page:

However, they are explained in the source code comments:

for example:

Can someone update the wiki to include all these details please? Do I need a magical key to request wiki access?

Thanks for the reply, but I was hoping to update the Dosbox wiki rather than the Vogons one.

Looking more closely now, sadly the Dosbox wiki does not appear to be active. Zero page edits in the last 90 days (the recent changes log doesn't go beyond that). The last time a page was renamed was 2018, last file uploaded 2018, and the most recent user creation was 13 July 2018.
