just info:
I have latest windows 10 home 64 bit. dosbox 0.74-3 . runs well for the last 3 years with next parameters.
fullscreen=false
fullresolution=1600X1200
windowresolution=1600X1200
output=surface
cycles=fixed 9200

i did not change anything, but today it stop working. when start running, screen is stuck , all black, no error message.
the only difference is that today the display driver - geforce game ready driver , updated itself to version 526.47.
i found that in the config file dosbox-0.74-3.conf - the parameter output=overlay is causing the stuck.

changing fullresolution=desktop with aspect=true did not solve the problem.
changing to output=surface or output=opengl gave undesired resolution.
changing to output=openglnb or output=ddraw fixed the problem. now all is ok like before.
