I have my Trackpad configured as tap instead of clicking, and it works fine as that in all the Macs apps, Finder, etc. However, I just tried DOSBox 0.74-3, and it seems that tapping doesn't work. I have to either click, or double tap (surprisingly, double tapping works as a click, exactly what I would expect for one tap).

However, a single tap with two fingers does work as right click.

Any idea why a single tap with one finger is not working as left click?

Thanks!

I have the feeling that the problem might be that DOSBox is missing some button release events, because when you set the Trackpad as tap to click in the MacOS preferences, the button press and the button release events come so close in time that if you are compressing events (ie: discarding consecutive events), you might skip the press or the release.

Is there some way I can improve this behaviour so that tap to click works on Mac?
