Hello,
I have been trying to install freedos with dosbox. I had an old version it was like beta 4. And I ran into problems with formatting a partitioned drive.

So I downloaded like a 150mb version of freedos I think it is 1.0. The file I downloaded was called fdfullcd.iso.

My question is, do I treat this file as a virtual cd. I want to make freedos bootable, I think the guide refer to floppy images. It is an .iso file and I could use some help with it.

It won't work from an iso file.

Moderators, please reign this user in. Highly annoying that this about the fourth topic by this about installing freedos on Dosbox.

Snd since we are on yet another thread, for fdisk and format, find and use a DOS 5 or 6.x boot disk image. You don't need to be fixated on the freedos stuff, the filesystem will be the same either way...
