Hi,

I'm just wondering if it's possible to incorporate the RealSound core to another project, called MESS, and if you could give me the permission to try using your DosBox source to implement it under MESS. It's because I'm using the MESS PC / IBMXT and ATVGA drivers to run some oldies and those drivers have no support for RealSound yet.

DOSBOX is open source... As long as you comply with GPL you can do whatever you want with it or its sources...
DOSBOX itself uses code from other projects (MAME)...

MESS is not GPL (it uses the MAME license, which is compatible with LGPL but not GPL) so special permission is necessary.
