I don't know if these are known or not, however, I feel they should be posted.

While in DosBox, hitting ALT-Enter will toggle you between full-screen mode and windowed mode.
If you're in full screen mode and ALT-Tab to windows, DosBox will crash 90%+ of the time.
You can avoid this crash by shifting to windowed mode by hitting ALT-Enter.

ALT-TABing out of DosBox is dependant upon your graphics drivers.

Alt-tab has always been difficult for some games/driver combinations/DX/OGL.

The above issue is known althought I don't know if it's documented in DosBox.

You should wait for next version or use cvs build...
Alt-tab problem has been already fixed according to cvs changelog.
