I type in "serial1 modem" at the CLI and I receive this error in the console

"invalid type for COM1".

Directserial still works tho. I setup some emulated COM ports on my XP host and I sent some messages through hyperterminal in Windows 3.1 in DosBox to hyperterminal on the host. Neat.
