Since in the readme it says that hopefully once the DosBOX will be able to run all the programs for the pc, will there be support for early windows games such as Axis and Allies: Iron Blitz Edition? It shrinks the screen resolution to about 340 x 280 pixels or some equivalent. And the Windows 16-bit emulator hogs proccessor speed.

So will there be support? When? I don't care if it is a decade from now, but when?

windows 2.x supposedly works and windows 3.0 supposedly works. windows 3.1 would be a better choice as windows 3.1 has lower system requirements which means it runs faster and if the os runs faser than that also applies to games. 3.11 was for networking and business.

Windows 3.11 was actually the first Windows with complete Multimedia Extensions, prior to that MS released a patched version of Windows 3.1 called "Windows with Multimedia Extensions" but that had a limited range of titles it supported via WinDIB including Multimedia Mixed up Mother Goose, Multimedia Battlechess and so on. When 3.11 hit the stores we finally had a fully multimedia OS that was extensible via system and driver updates. It could also run all of the "Windows with Multimedia Extensions" titles via WinG.

abyss are you really only 15? Windows 3.11 was released 15 years ago and was quickly overshadowed by Win95... It's strange that you use the line that so many MS salespeople did back in late 1992...

No illegal software in this forum. That includes links. It's easy enough to find elsewhere, but you won't get help with that here. We can point you to eBay, though.
