In DosBox we can scale image 2x and 3x with or without graphical effects (scanlines, hq, etc.)

If user has LCD monitor in 1280x1024 native resolution (popular 17" and 19" LCDs), scaler "scaler=normal2x forced" is useful to get good tex mode and 640x480 image (without blur), when "fullresolution=1280x1024".
The maximum scaler is only 3x. It is to low to get fullscreen 320x200 image (a lot of DOS games). If "normal4x" be possible, then "normal4x" will be the best to play 320x200 and 320x240 games on LCD in 1280x1024 and higher resolution.

Will be the feature implemented in next version of Dosbox?
