HI, I have a problem: I take DosBox for running a program that control a machine, but with the program I must comunicate over a PCI device. therefore I ask you if is possible, with DosBox, to comunicate with PCI port?

"nope" - as least, not the normal, standard version of DOSBox.
But depending on how much you really need this feature, and how much it is worth to you, you might be able to pay one of the developers to make it possible.
