I've been searching for a DOS emulator for my Nokia phone, but haven't been able to find any that would support old DOS games. DROS appears to run only BASIC programs and XTM will only run on specific phones.

My phone runs Nokia's s60 3rd edition. I also know that the SDL library has been ported for it and is used by the Doom port and ScummVM port (I believe). What's the possibility of porting DosBox to the s60 3rd Ed platform? What hurdles exist? Is it just that developers aren't familiar with the Symbian platform?

It's very possible to do a port, so the possibility is very good.

The only hurdle is that no good programmer seem to have any interest in doing a port for the S60 3rd platform.

There's this, but it died right away. At least it looks dead.

I would love to see a port myself, only to play UFO: Enemy Unknown on bus rides or whatever. It would be quite awesome.
