I wrote this a looong time ago but never released it since I never saw anything make use of it other than ultramix and the GUS SDK, but figured what hell, it seems like vogons and dosbox traffic has died down to me, so here's something "new" to check out in dosbox world:)

Gravis added an ICS2101 mixer to for GUS revision 3.7, which provided some reduced overhead & simplied coding from allowing volume and panning to be done to final left and right output rather than having to apply them seperately to each GUS channel in use.
