Comment Add (modified) version of patch 1490638: Coremidi support by Peter McCombs
Is this going to add support for external midi devices on OSX or am I just not understanding what the this means?

UPDATE: After I left a comment on the DOSBox issue tracker regarding the patch, I received a message today from the maintainer. The patch is now merged into the DOSBox CVS repository, it should wind up in 0.73.
For those interested, November on the Quest Studios forums made this special patched version of DosBox .72 with the Coremidi included.
