Where is it possible to submit a translation of DOSBox? I've already been glancing through its wiki but the page about language file only has the words "no spamming". I would like to translate DOSBox into Finnish.

You're welcome to re-do some translation to finish.
DOSBox also needs norwegian and spanish language file updates.
Best step to update an existing language file is:
1) Start DOSBox with parameter -lang <NameofFinishFile>
2) In DOSBox, enter the command config -writelang <NameofNewFinishFile>
3) Text not translated to finish is still english now.
4) Translate the remaining english text.
