i have a problem with running my games i did ask for help here once and you told me that i don`t have permission for the files that i need ..
my friend told me that i need to be an administrator in order to acceses the files how can i be an administrator?
help me please answer as soon as possible.

okay. I presume you installed dosbox ?

if so startup dosbox.
type intro and carefully read what's there.

as most of the games you listed are playable. (not all I'm afraid)

okay

you don't need anything more than the basic commands.
dosbox takes care of the rest.

mount the directory where your games are and start playing!

ok i think we don`t understand each other((: i know the basic commands all ready i mounted all the games i listed a few messages ago but they don`t work....
i think because of a premession problem or something like that.

The only permission problem I can think of in winxp would be if you would try to play the games directly from a cdrom or a write protected folder. You can select all the files of the games, select properties and unselect write protect checkbox.

Better still. Most games need to WRITE to disk, because they usually need to store configuration files, high scores, etc.. Before playing a game, copy it to a folder on your hard disk. It will be easier that way.
