Hello everyone.
First, I would like to really thanks the group that is actually composing the DosBox crew for their fantastic product. Really a good job!!

I was actually wondering if anyone has already thought about the procedure of internationalization/translation to other languages, considering that it is gaining quite a lot of popularity.

Perhaps some kind of translation module could be implemented which could refix all the message resources stored in the MSG taking them from a language specification file.

For example,
for the DIR_HELP command you would add an entry in the "english.lang" with this entry:

DIR_HELP "Displays current files and directories in the current path"

and in the "spanish.lang"
DIR_HELP "Muestra todos los archivos y directorios en la ruta actual".

or something like that.

After all the loading is done, you could run an "I18N" process which would reload all the MSG reading them from a lang specification.

I could help in the codign but I wanted to know if someone has already taken care of this issue.

Well, that`s all.

Waiting for comments, bye!!!
